Courtesy of Miss Milly’s Dream Wedding Giveaway, the couple received their wedding free of charge after being voted by the public as a couple most deserving for a dream wedding. The giveaway was offered to medical workers who had to postpone their wedding due to the pandemic.
Horton, a frontline worker in Atlanta, worked as an ICU social worker during the coronavirus pandemic. When vendors joined forces to help make her wedding a reality, they created a six figure wedding in order to “pay it forward” after all the dedication and time the frontline worker provided to her community.
Miss Milly’s owner also wanted to thank the vendors that jumped in to help make this couple’s wedding perfect despite the struggle many of them endured over the past year.
